Two More Easy Boucle Cushions!

Cushions galore!! I made 2 more of these Boucle Cushions! This time with 3 skeins of Bernat Illusions to make the 2 brown cushions. They fit 50cm X 50cm FJADRAR cushions, the feather ones they sell at Ikea for $5!! I thought the yarns were the same, but Bernat Illusions (brown) has less yardage than Bernat Soft Boucle (teal + brown mix). I also suspect Illusions is slightly heavier, because I used the machine again but this time I had some problem getting the yarn through the machine hooks. Once or twice, I used too much force and the yarn tore apart.

Stashbusting Meter:
3 skeins of Bernat Illusions

I am trying really hard not to fall off the Stashbusting bandwagon but Knitomatic is having an attic clearout featuring up to 90% off on yarn!!!! EVIL!

By the way, Spring previews for Vogue Knitting and Knitting Simple are up. And Knit.1 is out!

I'm getting the idea of using up my stashed bulky yarn for cushion covers because yours look so comfy cushy. I just walked away from the Knit 1 magazine this morning although I was a little tempted by this cute polo T for my daughter :)

Love those wonderful cozy cushions. Very nice colors. I'm very tempted to check out Ikea now.
